Made in USA Proprietary Solvent-free Manufacturing Process
Our proprietary solvent-free electrode and solid-sate electrolyte manufacturing process have been demonstrated to result in up to 14 times (over 90%) reduction in the time for electrode manufacturing. The process eliminates the use of expensive and toxic solvents like the NMP in the manufacturing of electrodes. It also eliminates the expensive, time-consuming, and large space required for solvent recovery in the electrode fabrication process. Eliminating solvents solves the problem of the electrode and solid-state electrolyte materials’ sensitivity to solvents, thereby opening up new candidate materials for high-performance batteries.
